A chemical plant in South Korea end

A chemical plant in South Korea end yesterday, causing millions in damages. Dramatic video shows multiple angles of the incident - including one where the chemical plant's lid is seen flying through the air. It later falls onto a road almost killing nearby drivers. Evidence suggests the explosion was caused by a fault oxygen tank.
